Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Pre-Inspector to join our forestry management company. As a Pre-Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting our work sites, identifying potential hazards and risks, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your keen observation skills and proactive approach will contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Duties to include:
Conduct thorough inspections of work sites to assess safety conditions and potential hazards.
Identify and document any safety concerns or risks that may pose a threat to crew members or the public.
Collaborate with field supervisors and crew members to address and mitigate identified safety issues.
Monitor and enforce compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
Provide guidance and recommendations on safety measures and best practices.
Assist in the development and implementation of safety training programs for crew members.
Stay up-to-date on safety regulations and industry trends to enhance safety practices.
Participate in safety meetings and contribute to safety-related discussions.
Create detailed reports on inspection findings, safety improvements, and corrective actions taken.
Assisting crews where needed as needed
Minimum requirements:
3-4 years experience in Tree Care industry
Must be committed to “Guaranteed Safety” in all decisions and actions
Must pass full-panel drug screen
Must pass in-depth criminal background check
