Position Summary:

We are seeking Tree Workers (including Entry-Level) for all Tree Service Divisions working on multiple project sites throughout the Napa Valley and surrounding areas. These individuals work directly with our Crew Leaders and General Foremen to safely conduct Professional Tree Services in various terrains.

Candidate must have the drive to work between crews adding value to the production side of the business and position their selves for future growth in the path they find best for them. Each individual has a wide-open opportunity for success and unlimited personal and professional growth!

Duties to include:

• Working with the team by supporting General Working Foremen, Crew Leaders, Climbers, Fellers, Equipment Operators and Grounds Personnel.

• Intense physically demanding work carrying 70+ pounds of debris/materials (branches, wood, tools, ropes, cables, supplies) up and down treacherous terrain.

• Participate in ongoing safety, productivity and professional growth training.

• Clears brush from work areas and escape routes.

• Drive trucks and potentially trailers.

• Own their accountability of securing all work zones, this includes: safeguarding infrastructure, shielding company equipment, necessary obstruction of streets, walkways or driveways; setting up barriers, warning signs, flags, etc. and other activities to protect property, employees and the public.

• Participate in project safety and quality programs

• Participate in the awareness of risk management, help protect the Company from unnecessary risks

• Prepare yourself and thrive in environments that include: considerable temperature variations (hot 100°+, cold, wet, dry conditions), rough terrain, steep ground, exposure to natural elements (irritating plants, poison oak, blackberries, ticks, rattlesnakes, biting spiders, stinging wasps, hornets, dust, smoke, fire, etc.)

  Minimum requirements:

• Fluent in English

• Must be committed to “Guaranteed Safety” in all decisions and actions

• Must have a valid and clean Class C Driver’s License

• Must pass full-panel drug screen

• Must pass in-depth criminal background check
